Vedicyantram.com offers a very transparent and easy 7 Days Return & Refund policy.

Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Refund Policy:

· 1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.

· 2. Replacement for items are subject to inspection and checking by the vedicyantram professionals.

· 3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage will not be included under our Returns & Refund Policy

· 4. Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc

Return Policy on Products:

For all products of Vedic Yantram, you can return with 100% money paid for the said product within 7 Day period from the date of receiving the product  by meeting the above conditions. 

Special Note: Shipping charges, taxes and duties are nonrefundable. 

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel your order any time after the purchase before dispatch by contacting Vedic Yantram.

Important Notes:

· - Shipping Charges, Taxes and duties are not refundable.

· - Return Shipment is at customer's cost

· - Return package must be well packed, secured, tamper proof and with reputed courier or Govt Speed post. 

· - Returns will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address).

1. When does the 7-Day Return Period Start?

The 7-Day period starts from the day that you receive your product, as shown by our courier records.

2. If I lost the lab certificate, can I return the product and get refund?

We usually require full original product certificate, invoices, documentations, lab certificates, packaging, discount coupons, etc. But in such of special cases we evaluate the matter after checking the refunded item and will decide about the refund can be full or partial.

3. I am returning a Yantram or Gemstone. How should I send it?

· In case you are returning a Yantram or a Gemstone, please take the following steps:

· - Contact Vedic Yantram before and get a Return Authorization

· - Ensure that you keep all original objects that accompanied the gemstone like Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.

· - Pack the items carefully and send only through a reputed courier with insurance for the package. Share the courier or speed post tracking number with us. You can find return address by Contacting us through whatsapp. 

· - You can use Govt Speed Post for return delivery from your nearest post office as that is most secured.

· - Very limited couriers are taking jewellery. In that case you can use reputed and reliable courier and can describe the Yantram as “handmade item” and Gemstone as “minerals”.

4. After returning the product, when I got my refund?

After we receive your secured return package Vedic Yantram experts will check the item in detail and if comes satisfactory unused and undamaged, the refund will be issued asap.
